About Me

My road to energy healing took a bit of a windy path. Though I have always been an intuitive and an empath, it didn't always lead me to the right spaces or people. I had an intense desire to please others, even at my own detriment. For nearly 30 years I worked in corporate and non-profit jobs that taught me a great deal- some good lessons and some not so great. I tried traditional talk-therapy for a few years, but it only took me so far. It wasn't until I worked through my past trauma, stress & anxiety with the help of alternative therapies that I began to realize my true path. l felt guided to begin practicing deep meditation, mindfulness, Reiki, Sound Healing and Sacred Ceremonies, opening me up to a greater understanding of my life's purpose. For the first time I was able to break down my walls and release who I truly am without societal input. I began using my intuition, empathy, and love for others. I was finally able to tune into the vibrations of all living things, the planet and the universe, and find the surrender, peace and love that is innately all we as humans really need. To be connected, to be a community and to care for one another and our world. 

In my free time, I enjoy creating and soaking in the beauty and nature of Montana, walking by the river and hiking through the mountains. I love painting, singing, dancing and playing my various instruments. I also enjoy reading, meditating, and collecting rocks and crystals.
